Operation Worship Bibles: If you have taken a Bible to inscribe to a soldier, please return it soon, so they may be sent! There are still a few left to inscribe, as well.

Kitchen Clean-up Party at Center Moreland, Tomorrow, 9 AM. We need to finish up the cupboards and some other "need attention" needs.
Roast Beef Dinner, Wednesday, Feb. 18, 5 - 7 p.m. at the Northmoreland Twp. Fire Hall. Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for kids 12 and under. You can contact any firefighter for tickets.
Ink Cartridge Collection: If you have old ink cartridges of any kind you don’t know how to dispose of, bring them down to Center Moreland UMC, the youth are collecting them as a service project. For more information, call or see Christopher Howell.
Free to Good Home, speaking of ink cartridges: Pastor Drew has recently changed printers, and has no need any longer for black, magenta or yellow cartridges, still sealed, for an Epson C88 printer.
Crayon Can Project: We are collecting old and broken crayons. Rather than be thrown away and take decades to biodegrade, they will be melted and reformed into fun shapes, and given to special needs or sick children. For more information, please go to www.crayoncan.com, or contact Melinda Smith.
Lent Services: Dates are set for the Wednesdays of Lent, all starting at 7:30. Locations are tentative!

• April 1 at Evans Falls UMC
The theme will be the Old Testament passages from the lectionary, and the offering for the services will be taken for Mission Central, the UMCOR warehouse in Harrisburg. Weather Note: If Tunkhannock School district has closed the day of the service, the service is cancelled.
Special Class for Lent: This Lent, Pastor Drew will focusing on the book Three Simple Rules: A Wesleyan Way of Living, by Rueben P. Job. John Wesley’s words and thought can give us good guidance for how to live as Christians today by following three simple rules; Do no Harm, Do Good, and Stay in Love with God. Bishop Job’s basic text will be available at the beginning of Lent, and books for the class, for both youth and adults, which will be offered on Monday nights at 7:30, will be available as well.

Praise Band Worship Leadership: The schedule for the spring is as follows:

Central Pennsylvania Stewardship Foundation: will be offering a one-day workshop on Christian Stewardship, church budgets, church endowments, payment of ministry shares and other related matters on Saturday, March 7th at the Trucksville United Methodist Church. The registration deadline is February 25, 2009; please either call or e-mail the District Office to make a reservation: wbdistrict@frontiernet.net.
Wyoming Conference Local Pastor Licensing School: will be held at Sky Lake from March 29 - April 3 and then again from April 26 - May 1. The cost is $900. For further information, please contact the District Office, 696-1349 or wbdistrict@frontiernet.net.
