The Center Moreland and Dymond Hollow United Methodist Churches have been joined in service to Christ since the early 19th century. In the 21st Century, they are small churches thriving in the Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

This is a gathering of people, currently mainly seniors, from both churches in the charge as well as outside it, who meet for lunch once a month.

Soldiers of Christ Center Moreland's youth group meets on alternate Sundays at 4:00 unless otherwise noted.It is open to kids from 3rd grade and up, split into groups from 3rd to 6th grade, and 7th to 12th grade. For more information, click on the link above.
Sunday School We offer Nursery/Preschool, Kindergarten - Second Grade, Third - Fifth Grade, Sixth - Eighth Grade, Ninth - Twelfth Grade, an Adult Men's Class and a Mixed Adult Class, all at 9:45 on Sunday mornings, year round.
Boy Scouts Troop 336 of the Northeast Pennsylvania Council is chartered to Center Moreland UMC. Click here for their website.
Girl Scouts Daisy Troop 769, Brownie Troop 436, and Junior Troop 263 are all part of Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania, and are chartered to Center Moreland UMC.

Unique Music Sunday worship is led musically by Dave Pearn, guitar. Gospel music from Elvis, Lee Greenwood, Buck Owens, and Roy Orbison makes for a unique and special experience!
Sunday School Sunday school is offered during worship for children.
The Pastor
Rev. Drew Cottle
Appointed in July 2007, Pastor Drew is a United Methodist Elder, ordained in 2006. He is the Chair of the Wyoming Conference Commission on Religion and Race, and is co-facilitator for the Wilkes Barre District Youth. He is also a Benedictine Oblate in the Monastery of St. Brigid of Kildare. He is married and has one child, who is of elementary age. He was born in California, has lived in Texas and Illinois, and considers his hometown to be Newark, Delaware. He has a blog of his own, called Fryer Drew.
From the streetlight on Tunkhannock highway (315) at Center Hill Rd.:
1. Turn right onto Hildebrandt Rd. 2. Turn immediately left onto Upper Demunds Rd. 3. The road will turn sharply left after about 1.5 mi., but will either be called Upper Demunds Rd. or Sedler Road. 4. After about 2.75 miles, you will come to a 4 way intersection. There is a bar at the corner (The Shindig Inn). Turn L, and continue on what is now Demunds Rd. 5. After about 2.4 miles, there is another dogleg. Bear left, following Demunds road. 6. After another mile, you will come to Centermoreland Corners. SR 292 E crosses in front of you, the Centermoreland Deli is on your right, and Creamery Rd is directly ahead. Drive forward for about an 8th of a mile, then turn left into the FIRST driveway (the second is the exit!)
From West Pittston:
1. Go north on 92 (Sullivan Trail), along the river. 2. Turn left onto Lockville Rd. 3. Drive about 3.5 miles, the road changing names twice, first to Dymond Rd., then to Armstrong Rd. 4. Turn right onto Brace Rd, drive for about ½ a mile. 5. Turn left onto SR292E, drive about 1.4 miles to Centermoreland Corners. 6. Turn right. Onto Creamery Rd. and turn left into the first driveway.

Directions to Dymond Hollow
From Center Moreland Corners ((intersection of Demunds Road (Dallas), SR 292 E (Tunkhannock), and Creamery Rd, next to the Centermoreland Deli)):
1. Drive about 1.4 miles, turn right onto Brace Rd. 2. Drive about 6/10 of a mile, turn left onto Armstrong Rd. 3. At the next intersection (Village Rd.), the road changes names to Dymond Road. 4. About a mile and a half, you will see a sign for Dymond Hollow UMC. Turn left, you will see the graveyard and the church. Parking is behind the building.
From West Pittston:
1. Go north on 92 (Sullivan Trail), along the river. 2. Turn L onto Lockville Rd. 3. After about 1.8 miles, turn rt. onto Church Rd. The church is on the right, please park behind.
